On basis of new kinematic analysis method and dynamic model of mine-used rotary drill bit, the paper calculate impact force of rotary drill bit approach to factual case, and makes instantaneous dynamic analysis to jaw of bit on ANSYS platform. 以矿用牙轮钻头新的运动学分析方法和动力学模型为基础,计算出了与实际接近的牙轮钻头冲击破碎碰撞力,并以ANSYS为分析平台,对矿用牙轮钻头牙爪进行了有限元瞬态动力学分析。

This simulated experiment shows that the method with the hardware equidistant subdivision can improve highly its measured accuracy ( especially the device of low bit and big central distance), in Laser diffraction measure fine wire diameters, so this experiment can prove its true of the theoretical analysis. 仿真结果表明,在激光衍射测微中,用硬件插值细分的方法可以使其测量精度更为精确(特别是低位数、大中心距的器件),从而证明了理论分析的正确性。
